1. Services Provided
eTowly LLC offers towing and roadside assistance services, including but not limited to:

Fuel delivery

Lockout assistance
We operate within the United States and are committed to providing reliable, professional, and timely services.
2. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

Provide accurate and complete information when requesting service.

Have legal authority over the vehicle requiring assistance.
3. Service Limitations
While we strive to provide exceptional service, there are some limitations:

Services are subject to availability and weather conditions.

We may refuse service if providing it would pose a risk to the safety of our staff, customers, or equipment.

We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Fees and Payments

All services are subject to fees, which will be disclosed prior to service initiation.

Payment is required prior to completion of the service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Unpaid balances may result in additional fees or legal action.
5. Liability

eTowly LLC is not liable for any damage to your vehicle or property unless caused by our gross negligence.

We are not responsible for losses, damages, or injuries arising from delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond our control.
6. Customer Responsibilities
When requesting our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate details about the vehicle and its location.

Ensure the vehicle is in a safe, accessible location for our technicians.

Follow all instructions provided by our staff to ensure safety.
7. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service request without penalty before a technician is dispatched.

If a technician has already been dispatched, a cancellation fee of 50% of the full amount will apply

We respect your privacy. Any personal information you provide will be used solely for the purpose of delivering our services. For more details, please review our Privacy Policy.
9. Dispute Resolution
We strive to resolve any disputes arising from the use of our services through negotiation or mediation.
Once a service provider has been assigned to a customer, all further actions, responsibilities, damages, and concerns are solely between the service provider and the customer. eTowly is not liable for any issues that may arise during or after the service.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notifying customers directly.
11. Service Providers
Service Providers dispatched through the eTowly app are responsible for any damage that may occur during service.
